sd999 accepts no responsibility for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from a Player's failure to read these Terms and Conditions, the rules of any game, or the specific terms of any bonus offer prior to participating. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure they understand the applicable rules and conditions before wagering.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit sd999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under the applicable international gaming licence framework under which sd999 operates.

• The Player is found to be located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction or has used technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Regulatory or licence obligations require sd999 to restrict access to certain Players or player categories.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions of Section 8.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, sd999 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe following account closure.

Any dispute arising between sd999 and a Player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be subject to the sd999 internal dispute resolution process. Players wishing to raise a formal dispute must contact sd999 customer support in writing, clearly setting out the nature of the dispute, the relief sought, and any supporting documentation. sd999 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within 48 hours and will aim to provide a substantive response within ten business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, Players may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under sd999's gaming licence. sd999 will cooperate fully with any such process and will comply with any binding determination made by the relevant body.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translation made available for reference purposes, the English-language version shall prevail. The governing language for all formal correspondence, disputes, and legal proceedings in connection with these Terms and Conditions is English.
